The Claims Manager I will administer claims for homeowner’s property losses or damages in accordance with Florida Statutes and issued insurance policies and company guidelines. This position will also maintain authority for reserves and payment of losses. This position will supervise adjusters and additional staff within the claims department as assigned. The responsibilities of this position will include oversight and direction in the intake, contact, investigation, evaluation and resolving of property claims encompassing all levels of complexity, including litigated claims within the company's contractual and legal obligations, while ensuring timely service to customers.

The Personal Lines Agency Account Manager will help grow the client base in addition to servicing an existing book of business. This role will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction and retention of the book. The Claims Adjuster Trainee will successfully complete training related to licensing, policy, systems, process and customer service. The Claims Adjuster Trainee’s caseload will begin with lower complexity claims and progress as skills develop. Assist policyholders throughout the claims lifecycle. The ability to work extended hours if needed based on customer and business needs, as well as in response to catastrophic weather events is required. A Florida 620 All Lines Adjuster license must be obtained within the first sixty days in the position.

The Controller holds a senior leadership position within the Accounting/Finance team and will work closely with the CFO to enhance and improve the Company’s accounting and finance functions. This position is responsible for managing the accounting team and for the integrity of the financial controls of the Company. The Controller will maintain an adequate system of accounting records and administer a comprehensive set of controls to mitigate risk and assure the accuracy of the company's reported financial results. The Controller will oversee the production and distribution of internal, NAIC Statutory, and US GAAP financial statements and will work closely with management, regulators, external auditors and tax advisors. The Controller may also assist the CFO in overseeing and contributing to the reinsurance program, payments and reimbursements to reinsurers and all items associated with reinsurance accounting.

The Customer Support team members play a critical role as the front line of our Service organization. This role is primarily responsible for assisting our agents and customers with inquiries on their policies and/or quotes, processing endorsements and any billing inquiries. This position works closely with all aspects of the organization including underwriting, claims, marketing, and accounting.
