Marketing and Sales Specialist
The Marketing and Sales Specialist is responsible for business development and growth of the Olympus product(s) by educating and training new partnerships and Qualifying agents on the product(s) through calls, visits, training curriculum and presentations. This role oversees, creates, and maintains positive social media presence specific to the marketing and brand strategy set forth by the company. Supports the sales and marketing department in planning and execution of company and industry trade shows, conferences, and other related events.

Personal Lines Producer
Radiant Insurance is the in-house independent agency for Olympus Insurance Company. This role will be responsible for producing new business sales for new clients, new lines of business for existing clients, and remarketing existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to clearly communicate and make recommendations based on the individual insurance needs. They should be highly driven and want the opportunity to maximize their earning potential. Starting base salary for this position is $45K - $55K depending on experience. This position is also eligible for commission.
