From the minute you report a loss, the Olympus Claim Team is working on your behalf. You’ll receive a claim number, and your adjuster(s) will be assigned. If your claim requires an on-site inspection, you’ll be assigned a field adjuster and/or a Certified Elite Member through our Elite Repair Program. They will meet with you to collect information, inspect the damage, and report back to the in-office adjuster.
